Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon <br /> and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> City Manager Trudgeon advised that staff was requesting removal of Consent Item 8.d <br /> until additional information was available for inclusion at a future meeting. <br /> Etten moved, McGehee seconded approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, and Roe <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 5. Council Communications, Reports, and Announcements <br /> Mayor Roe announced previews of Roseville park buildings would continue in April, <br /> with a preview at Rosebrook Park on April 22 and another preview at Oasis Park on April <br /> 23. Mayor Roe noted that both of these free events would occur between 6:30 and 8:00 <br /> p.m., with refreshments and staff available. <br /> Mayor Roe announced an upcoming volunteer opportunity to plant tree seedlings on <br /> April 18 from 10:00 a.m. to Noon at Villa Park as part of the Natural Resources Restora- <br /> tion with the Park Renewal program. <br /> Mayor Roe announced that the second Naturalization Ceremony, hosted by the Roseville <br /> Human Rights Commission and the District Court of Minnesota, as swearing in of new <br /> citizens at the Roseville Skating Center on April 15, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. <br /> Mayor Roe announced that the Roseville Police and Fire Departments would be hosting a <br /> free, interactive educational opportunity for senior citizens on April 23, 2015 from Noon <br /> to 4:40 p.m. at the Lexington Avenue Fire Station. Mayor Roe advised that appointments <br /> would be necessary, approximately twenty minutes each, with no cost for seniors to en- <br /> sure they had optimal driving option. <br />
