Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday,April 6, 2015 <br /> Page 3 <br /> Mr. Gisselquist thanked staff and the community for this wonderful learning ex- <br /> perience, and encouraged friends to participate in an advisory commission as <br /> well; and expressed his interest in serving again in the future. <br /> Mayor Roe thanked Ethics Commissioner Nancy O'Brien for her community ser- <br /> vice on the Commission. <br /> Ms. O'Brien echoed the comments previously stated, and also encouraged citizens <br /> to with and be active in learning more about their community. <br /> Mayor Roe mentioned the other outgoing commissioners unable to attend to- <br /> night's meeting, and thanked them all, expressing the City Council's hope that <br /> they would continue to volunteer in the community in other capacities. <br /> c. Proclaim Arbor Day <br /> Mayor Roe read a proclamation declaring April 24, 2015 as Arbor Day in the City <br /> of Roseville, encouraging citizens to care for and plant trees and plants thereby <br /> increasing the economic vitality,beauty and property values of the community. <br /> Etten moved, Laliberte seconded, proclaimed April 24, 2015 at Arbor Day in the <br /> City of Roseville. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, and Roe <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 7. Approve Minutes <br /> 8. Approve Consent Agenda <br /> At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Patrick Trudgeon briefly reviewed those <br /> items being considered under the Consent Agenda; and as detailed in specific Requests <br /> for Council Action(RCA) and related attachments, dated April 6, 2015. <br /> a. Approve Payments <br /> Willmus moved, Laliberte seconded, approval of the following claims and pay- <br /> ments as presented and detailed. <br /> ACH Payments $596,941.07 <br /> 76899—77101 315,769.64 <br /> TOTAL $912,710.71 <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, and Roe <br /> Nays: None. <br />
