Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon <br /> and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Mayor Roe noted staff's removal of the requested abatement action item number 14.c <br /> due to the in ability of the property owner to attend tonight's meeting and desire to attend <br /> to discuss the issue with the City Council at a future meeting. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte requested a discussion or organized trash collection as an ac- <br /> tion/discussion item tonight versus as a future agenda item. <br /> Councilmember McGee clarified that she had requested the discussion for a future meet- <br /> ing (June 8, 2015), at the request of a community member; and therefore, was not pre- <br /> pared to talk about it tonight other than in general terms, nor did she wish to withdraw her <br /> request from that future agenda. <br /> Mayor Roe suggested the item be offered by Councilmember Laliberte as a motion to <br /> consider on tonight's agenda if she chose to do so. <br /> Laliberte moved, Willmus seconded, amending the agenda to include a discussion on or- <br /> ganized collection under Business/Action Item 14.c. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Etten moved, Willmus seconded approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 5.
