Approve City Council Minutes from March 23, 2015 Meeting <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of March 23, 2015 Meeting Minutes <br /> as amended. <br /> Corrections: <br /> • Page 20, Line 16-17 (McGehee) <br /> Correct to read: "...than what had been implemented [or] [and] she'd re- <br /> viewed the list of uses in that zoning district, [therefore] causing her to be <br /> very hesitant to apply blanket zoning or..." <br /> • Page 24,Line 30 (McGehee) <br /> Correct to read: "...spoke [' ] [against] 24-hour opera- <br /> tions..." <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> b. Approve City Council Minutes from April 13, 2015 Meeting <br /> McGehee moved, Laliberte seconded, approval of April 13, 2015 Meeting <br /> Minutes as amended. <br /> Corrections: <br /> • Page 14, Roll Call Vote Lines 4-8 (McGehee) <br /> Councilmember McGehee recalled that her vote had been "Nay" rather than <br /> an"Abstention;" and asked that it be duly noted accordingly for the record. <br /> While Mayor Roe recalled the vote as an "Abstention," since either way it <br /> represented essentially a"Nay," and without objection from the Council it was <br /> determined to change the record as requested by Councilmember McGehee. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 8. Approve Consent Agenda <br /> At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Patrick Trudgeon briefly reviewed those <br /> items being considered under the Consent Agenda; and as detailed in specific Requests <br /> for Council Action(RCA) and related attachments, dated April 20, 2015. <br /> a.
