63 Current Staffing Model <br />64 Cedarholm Golf Course staff consists of: <br />65 0 (10) part-time staff working limited hours <br />66 0 (1) full-time Golf Course Superintendent <br />67 0 (1) 3/4 time Program Marketing Coordinator <br />68 0 (1) shared maintenance employee with the Skating Center <br />69 The Golf Course Superintendent and the Program Marketing Coordinator have other duties <br />70 throughout the Parks and Recreation Department. <br />71 The shared maintenance position is paid for out of the Skating Center budget and spends the <br />72 winter months at the Skating Center (OVAL) and the summer months in a variety of areas <br />73 including the golf course, skating center and special park projects. <br />74 Other Parks and Recreation Department employees also sporadically spend time at the golf <br />75 course as necessary, i.e. Director, Assistant Director, Administrative Assistant and specialty <br />76 maintenance. <br />77 The following is a bit more specific about the 2 regular golf course paid employees: <br />78 1) Golf Course Superintendent (full time): <br />79 The Golf Course Superintendent duties include all turf operations and general <br />80 management of all golf operations. The other areas of responsibility for the Golf Course <br />81 Superintendent is to assist in the winter operations at the Roseville Skating Center/Oval <br />82 outside operations from ice maintenance, snow removal and special events assistance. <br />83 <br />84 In the Parks and Recreation System, the Golf Course Superintendent works with staff and <br />85 local community organizations to develop the park athletic field turf maintenance <br />86 program. He also assists in performing many of the turf field repair and enhancement <br />87 activities during the spring, summer and fall seasons. <br />88 2) Program Marketing Coordinator (3/4 time): <br />89 The Program Marketing Coordinator provides supervision of all the daily operations <br />90 including: daily receipts, staffing, general operations including concessions, league <br />91 programming, development of special events and the marketing of Cedarholm through <br />92 social media and other local marketing opportunities and assists the Golf Course <br />93 Superintendent in the operations of the overall course operations. <br />94 <br />95 The position also includes assisting in developing and pursuing marketing, sponsorships <br />96 and contributions for the entire Parks and Recreation Department. This position also <br />97 works with the arrangement and management of contracts with many local community <br />98 business located throughout the twin city metro area. <br />:l <br />
