<br />a. The proposed side yard addition (north) being limited to an encroachment of two <br />feet or to a point three feet from the property line. <br /> <br />b. The proposed front yard addition (west - attached garage) being limited to an <br />encroachment of 16 feet or to a point 24 feet from the front yard property line. <br /> <br />c. The additions must match or be of similar to that of the existing building in color <br />and/or materials. <br /> <br />d. Gutters and downspouts being placed along the eve of the additions were <br />appropriate to properly direct roof drainage onto the subject parcel and away from <br />neighboring properties. <br /> <br />e. Windows being placed along the west building wall of both additions to break-up <br />the long mass. <br /> <br />f. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: (4) Klausing, <br />Schroeder, Kough and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: (1) Maschka <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
