Provide a brief project summary (approx. 50 words) <br />Hampton Inn: The proiect will consist of the construction of a five (5j story wood <br />frame Hampton Inn with 100 guest units an the NW portion af the site. <br />Home2: The project will consist af a five (5) story wood frame center loaded Home2 <br />with 102 guest units on the SE corner of the site. A storm water management plan <br />will be developed to accommodate the entire site which will utilize a surface retention <br />pond and underground retention. <br />B. Provide a complete description of the proposed project and related new construction, <br />including infrastructure needs. Emphasize: i) construction, operafiion methods and features that will <br />cause physical manipulation of the environment or wilt produce wastes (solid or airborne), 2) <br />modifications to existing equipment or industrial processes, 3) significant demolition, removal or <br />remodeling of existing structures, and 4) timing and duration of construction activifies. <br />The project will involve the demolifion af old, deteriorating cancrete and bituminous <br />pavement, an existing chain link fence as wel) as some existing utility/light poles. <br />After demolition, the remainder of the site will be strip�ped and all salvageable topsoi) <br />will be stockpiled and protected with erosion control measures. Once the site has <br />been stripped of its topsoil, rough grading activities can begin, which wil) involve <br />balancing out the site and bringing the grades within 12" — 18" of praposed grade. <br />After rough grading has been completed, the utilities and storm drainage system can <br />be installed, and then the Home2 and Hampton Inn building foundatians can be <br />started. At the same time, the proposed retaining wal) located east and south of the <br />Home2 building can be constructed and then erection of the buildings themselves can <br />take place once the foundation have been completed.
