<br /> I The City of Roseville's investment in capital assets for its governmental and business type activities as of
<br /> December 31, 2014, amounts to $165,686,379 (net of accumulated depreciation)—a 8.3% increase from
<br /> the previous year. This investment in capital assets includes land, buildings, infrastructure, machinery
<br /> and equipment.
<br /> IMajor capital asset events during the current fiscal year included the following:
<br /> I • Completion of approximately $8.9 million (of a total $19 million) in the construction of projects for
<br /> the Parks Renewal Program.
<br /> • Approximately$2.2 million in improvements to the City's streets and sidewalks
<br /> • Approximately$1.9 million in improvements to the City's water main line.
