Variance Board Meeting <br />Minutes – Wednesday, April 1, 2015 <br />Page 2 <br />MOTION <br />37 <br />Member Murphy moved, seconded by Member Cunningham to adopt Variance Board <br />38 <br />Resolution No. 112 (Attachment D) entitled, “A Resolution Approving Variances to <br />39 <br />Roseville City Code, Sections 1010.07.A3 (Size) and 1010.07.A4 (Duration) at 2048 Hamline <br />40 <br />th <br />Avenue (PF15-003);” allowing the temporary installation of a 75 Anniversary event sign <br />41 <br />on the front and rear of the school building; based on the comments and findings outlined <br />42 <br />in the staff report dated April 1, 2015, as conditioned; <br />and amended as follows: <br />43 <br /> <br /> Any references to the sign removal date of Sunday, September 20, 2015 will be <br />44 <br />amended to Tuesday, September 22, 2015. <br />45 <br />Ayes: 3 <br />46 <br />Nays: 0 <br />47 <br />Motion carried. <br />48 <br />Adjournment <br />5. <br />49 <br />Chair Boguszewski adjourned the meeting at approximately 5:42 p.m. <br />50 <br />
