Ms. Mix reviewed the
40
history of their townhome development, built in 2000, and displayed several maps showing
41
various property amenities and areas of her concern. Ms. Mix noted their townhome’s history
42
and concerns regarding an easement to address drainage to a wetland and which areas of the
43
adjacent properties were actually developable and those that she wished could be preserved so
44
as not to negatively impact their property. Ms. Mix noted the two jurisdictions, Roseville and
45
St. Anthony for this development area; contingencies put in place for a Planned Unit
46
Development (PUD) for remaining parcels yet to be developed; and no development being
47
successful over the last fifteen years in this area.
48
49
Ms. Mix addressed the wetland area as an amenity for their townhomes, an area for a variety of
50
wildlife; and other concerns including current zoning changed in 2010 to High Density
51
Residential (HDR).
52
53
Ms. Mix advised that her concern was regarding an apparent development proposal for
54
development at this time, and questioning whether or not those issues had been addressed that
55
would or could negatively on their townhome property, particularly the limited backyard area
