Attachment B <br />Page 1 of 38 <br />Permit No: MNR040000 <br />Q10, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />GENERAL PERMIT <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE STORMWATER <br />ASSOCIATED WITH SMALL MUNICIPAL SEPARATE STORM SEWER SYSTEMS <br />UNDER THE NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION <br />SYSTEM/STATE DISPOSAL SYSTEM (NPDES/SDS) PERMIT PROGRAM <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: August 1, 2013 EXPIRATION DATE: July 31, 2018 <br />In compliance with the provisions of the federal Clean Water Act (CWA), as amended, (33 U.S.C. <br />1251 et seq); 40 CFR Parts 122, 123, and 124, as amended; Minnesota Statutes Chapters 115 and <br />116, as amended; and Minnesota Rules Chapter 7001 and 7090. <br />This permit establishes conditions for discharging stormwater and specific other related discharges <br />to waters of the state.
