<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 28th day of <br />April 2003, at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10095 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A REQUEST <br />BY NORTH HEIGHTS LUTHERAN CHURCH FOR A GENERAL CONCEPT PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND REZONING IN THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE (PF3449) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application was submitted by North Heights Lutheran Church on March 7, 2003 <br />for consideration of a General Concept Planned Unit Development and Rezoning creating a phased <br />master plan for the expanded church and school campus allowing the redevelopment of the existing site at <br />2651 and 2701 Rice Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application was reviewed and accepted as complete by the Community <br />Development Department on March 10,2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the application has a review deadline of May 9, 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council meets on May 12,2003, which exceeds the review deadline; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, North Heights Lutheran Church, has requested a 60-day extension to <br />the 60-day review period, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the proper review and <br />consideration of their request; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line <br />for agency review of the application of the North Heights Lutheran Church for consideration of a General <br />Concept Planned Unit Development and Rezoning be extended for 60 days, from May 9, 2003 to July 9, <br />2003. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Klausing, Maschka, <br />Schroeder, Kough and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />PF: 3449: RCA North Heights Lutheran Church <br />Dated: April 28, 2003 <br />
