<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of May 2003 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10096 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO THE <br />SUBURBAN LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Suburban Law Enforcement Association (SLEA) has applied for a lawful <br />gambling premise permit to conduct lawful gambling activities at 2350 Cleveland Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Suburban Law Enforcement Association has met the local permit requirements <br />as specified in City Code, Section 304. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of the Suburban Law <br />Enforcement Association to conduct lawful gambling activities at 2350 Cleveland Avenue. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Klausing <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Kough, <br />Klausing, Schroeder, and Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
