Attachment A EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 8th day of June, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: , , , , and Mayor and the following were absent: . Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) URBAN COUNTY REQUALIFICATION PROCESS WITH THE RAMSEY COUNTY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE WHEREAS, the City of Roseville ("Cit�') and the Ramsey County Housing and Redevelopment Authority ("Authority") have signed and renewed CDBG cooperative agreements since approximately 1985; and WHEREAS, in 1992, the Home Investment Partnership Act ("HOME") program was also added as a financial resource for Ramsey County ("County"); and WHEREAS, the County's eligibility for both programs and the actual dollar amounts received are based upon the population accumulated through the cooperating jurisdictions; and WHEREAS, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") has required an amendment to the agreement as part of the current request far requalification; and WHEREAS, the City has found and determined that approving the required amendment and agreement renewal with the Authority is in the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, that the City Council ("Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: 1. The Council approves the Amendment to Joint Cooperation Agreement, subject to modifications that do not alter the substance of the transaction and that are approved by the City Attorney, provided that execution of the Joint Cooperation Agreement shall be conclusive evidence of approval.
