(Ord. 972, 5-13-85) <br />302.02: LICENSE REQUIRED: <br />A. General Requirement: No person, except a wholesaler or manufacturer to the extent <br />authorized under State license, shall directly or indirectly deal in, sell or keep for sale in the <br />City any non-intoxicating malt liquor or intoxicating liquor without a license to do so as <br />provided in this Chapter. <br />B. Types of Licenses: <br />1. Intoxicating liquor licenses shall be of �� nine 9 kinds: On-sale, On-sale Wine, On- <br />sale Brewer Taproom, Club, Special Sunday, OfF-sale a�-, Off-sale Brewery, Off-sale <br />
