RCA Exhibit A <br />REMIUM REAL ESTATE SOLUT[ONS, LLC. <br />Date 4/ 1 /2015 <br />RE: 31 1 Countv Road Q, Roseville, MN Neighborhood open house Summary <br />To Whom it may concern: <br />RPCA Attachment D <br />We are applying for plat approval fior the noted above address. In accordance with guidelines for this process, <br />an open house was held on March l7, ?O15 at 6p��� at the Roseville Skatin� Center in the Raider Room 132. <br />Letters were mailed to a list provided by the city. No phone calls or emails were received pcior to, or since the <br />meetin��. 12 people were in attendance at the meeting. <br />As noted in the letter, we are not asking for any zonii�g chai��es or variances and are simply askin� for Plat <br />approval with all ciirrent zoning. This new plate(development), will be called }�arringtoi� Estates. The <br />questions raised b� those in attendance ti�ere ver} fair and typical for any neighborhood residential <br />development: <br />-What is the construction timeline for these homes to be built? <br />-How many lots will there be? <br />-Will there be fences aro�u��d the homes'? <br />-When ��°ill site work begin? <br />-How many trees will be removed <br />-Will there be certain architectural standarcls that we have? <br />-How can ai� area like this s�ipport the types �f homes that will be built- meaning higher quality and <br />price point. <br />-Can we build apartments or 4 plex's instead of single family homes after approval by the city'? <br />-What are the steps for approval of a�lat? <br />-Whattiines will construction take place? <br />-are there city laws regarding start times, work times? <br />-Will our tases �o up? <br />-Will tl�ere be a souiid wall installed along hwy 36? <br />We did address all of these questioi�s to the best of our ability. There were no questions that struck us as a <br />major coucern; other than tases, which is out of our controL Many of the people simply wanted to make s�ire <br />that we will not be building any apartment building or multi-housing, which we assured that we will not be. <br />This project is ciirrentl� roned R-1 and �ve are not asking to change that. Those in attendance �-vere also vei-y <br />interestecl to pursue a so�ind wall, especially since there will be additional t�omes. We would like to pursue <br />tl�is further and discuss with the city or co�inty how we can work with these residei�ts to help witll this. <br />Overall th� meeting endcd very well.
