<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 12th day of May <br />2003, at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10097 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIODS <br />FOR LAND USE REQUESTS/APPLICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, applications were submitted by the following person(s) for variances (3 applicants) <br />and a conditional use permit (lapplicant) for consideration and action by the Planning Commission and <br />City Council; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Community Development staff, on behalf of each <br />applicant, that it would be appropriate and expedient to request that the City Council approve a 60-day <br />deadline extension: <br /> <br />1) James Kueffer, 896 Parker Avenue (PF3469) <br />Variance to Section 1004.01A7 (front yard setback adjacent to a public street) and <br />Variance to Section 703.04B2 (distance between driveways) <br />60-day review deadline: June 8, 2003 <br /> <br />2) Manuel Gutierrez, 421 Crescent Lane (PF3468) <br />Variance to Section 1004.01A7 (location), and <br />Variance to Section 1004.02D4 (side yard setback adjacent to a public street) <br />60-day review deadline: June 8, 2003 <br /> <br />3) Starbucks Corporation, 2305 Fairview Avenue (PF3467) <br />Conditional Use Permit to allow addition of a drive-thru window and order board <br />60-day review deadline: June 8, 2003 <br /> <br />4) Roland Gisvold, 970 Transit Avenue (PF3464) <br />Variance to Section 1004.02D5 (dwelling dimensions - front yard setback), and <br />Section 602.02 (parking on boulevard) <br />60-day review deadline: June 15,2003 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the applications on May 7, 2003. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line <br />for agency review of the application of the above (James Kueffer, Manuel Gutierrez, Starbucks <br />Corporation, Roland Gisvold) be extended from June 8, 2003 to August 8, 2003 for James Kueffer, <br />Manuel Gutierrez and Starbucks Corporation, and, be extended from June 15,2003 to August 15,2003 <br /> <br />1 <br />
