City of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE SUMMARY NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 302: LIQUOR CONTROL <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. approved by the City Council of <br />Roseville on June 15, 2015: <br />The Roseville City Code, Title 3, Chapter 302, has been amended to reflect new laws made by the <br />Minnesota State Legislature allowing cities to permit Off-Sale Microdistilleries and On-Sale <br />Microdistillery Cocictail Rooms. The recent law changes also now allow of Off-Sale of growlers <br />on Sunday. <br />A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office <br />hours in the office of the City Manager at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113.
