SWOT Analysis Data <br />Attachment A <br />In order to clarify the strategic challenges confronting the community, the City Council and <br />senior staff conducted a review of the current operating environment using a SWOT analysis <br />methodology. <br />SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. The internal strengths and <br />weaknesses and the external opportunities and threats were assessed. This was done in two <br />parts: (�) in advance of the retreat, all participants completed a SWOT questionnaire; and (z) the <br />group participated in a facilitated process that used the questionnaire results as the basis for <br />analysis and decision-making. <br />The following Appendices contain the complete information contained in the questionnaire <br />responses. <br />
