<br />1. The parcel being limited to 3487.5 square feet of impervious coverage. <br /> <br />2. The detached accessory building being limited to a size of 728 square feet. <br /> <br />3. The detached accessory structure being setback a minimum of 5 feet from the <br />north (rear yard) property line and the detached accessory and driveway being <br />limited to a minimum setback of three feet from the east property line. <br /> <br />4. The existing attached garage, 39 foot by 7 foot front driveway, and rear yard shed <br />being removed prior to the issuance of a building permit and or occupancy permit <br />being issued. <br /> <br />5. Gutters being installed on the detached accessory structure to properly direct rain <br />water and snow melt away from adjacent residential parcels. <br /> <br />6. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. The new building to match the existing building in color and/or <br />materials. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Schroeder, <br />Klausing, Maschka, and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
