<br />2. The addition must match or be similar to that of the existing building in color <br />and/or materials. <br /> <br />3. Gutters and downspouts must be placed along the eve of the additions where <br />appropriate to properly direct roof drainage onto the subject parcel and away from <br />neighboring properties. <br /> <br />4. Windows must be placed along the north and east building wall to break-up the <br />long mass. <br /> <br />5. Parking on the driveway is prohibited within the public boulevard. <br /> <br />6. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Schroeder, <br />Klausing, Maschka, and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
