<br />4. All trash and recycling meeting the requirements of Section 1010.11 of the <br />Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />5. Submittal of a signage plan for review and approval by the City, which plan <br />should indicate all anticipated signage for the site. However, a pylon sign will not <br />be supported within the 30 foot required setback. <br /> <br />6. No outside sales or storage will be permitted on the site, this includes a pop <br />machine, seasonal merchandise, etc. No outside speaker, except for those <br />required at the pump islands for communication. <br /> <br />7. Hours of operation being 24 hours. <br /> <br />8. Confirmation prior to occupancy that the site meets MPCA, MN Health <br />Department, and Roseville Fire Marshall requirements necessary for fuel sales <br />with underground tanks. <br /> <br />9. If prepared food is being sold, Ramsey County Health must review and issue the <br />necessary/appropriate permit. <br /> <br />10. Property owner submitting a letter of support for the CUP. <br /> <br />11. This conditional use permit shall expire 6 months after approval if a building <br />permit has not been issued. (Section 1013.03) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Kough <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, Schroeder, Kysylyczyn, <br />Maschka, and Klausing. <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />4 <br />
