<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of June, 2003, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Schroeder, Kysylyczyn, Maschka, and Klausing. <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10108 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO SECTION 1005.01A2, 1005.01A3, <br />1005.01D6B, 1005.09C, 1005.09E, AND 1010.14 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2154 LEXINGTON AVENUE (PF 3488) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Muna Sabri and QC Energy II have requested variance from multiple <br />Sections of the Roseville City Code to allow the re-use of the site as a gas station and limited <br />convenience sales; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parcel is located at 2154 Lexington Avenue, and legally described as: <br /> <br /> <br />PID: 14-29-23-22-0016 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Sabri/QC Energy II request on June 4,2003, and recommended (5-1) approval of the request, <br />based on findings outlined in Section 6 and conditions of Section 7 of the project report dated <br />June 4, 2003. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Muna <br />Sabri and QC Energy II a VARIANCE to Section 1005.01A2, 1005.01A3, 1005.01D6B, <br />1005.09C, 1005.09E, AND 1010.14 of the Roseville City Code allowing the re-use of the <br />property located at 2154 Lexington Avenue as gas station with limited convenience sales, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Removal of the ingress/egress along Lexington Avenue and the ingress/egress <br />along County Road B (nearest to the intersection) and restore the area with curb <br />& gutter per City/County specifications. <br /> <br />2. Removal of the guard rail along the east and south property line and re- <br />established as a green area with landscaping, which requires the submittal of a <br />landscape plan to the City for review and approval. Repair and install a 4 foot tall <br />screen fence along the south property line. <br /> <br />1 <br />
