<br />2. The parcel being limited to a maximum impervious coverage of3,587 square feet <br />or a parcel coverage of 35%. <br /> <br />3. The property owner must locate the lot's property pins (or provide a survey) and <br />based on that, developing a scaled site plan with dimensions for structures and <br />driveway, thus allowing the Community Development Department to verify <br />proper placement of the accessory building and lot coverage. <br /> <br />4. No additional accessory buildings or structure additions being allowed without an <br />approved variance. <br /> <br />5. The review and approval of a building permit consistent with the approved plans <br />and variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, <br />Schroeder, Kysylyczyn, Maschka, and Klausing. <br />and the following voted against: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
