<br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Brown conditional use permit request on July 9,2003, and recommended (5-0) approval of the <br />request based on findings outlined in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report <br />dated July 9,2003. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Mary <br />Brown a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section 1004.01A4 and 1013.01 of <br />the Roseville City Code allowing the construction a 949 square foot detached accessory building <br />(garage) in the rear yard of property located at 2185 St. Croix Street, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. The detached accessory building being limited to a size not to exceed 949 square <br />feet. The existing building must be removed from the site. <br /> <br />2. Gutters being installed to properly direct storm water into the rear yard (east) and <br />away from 2377 County Road B. <br /> <br />3. Windows being installed along the south building wall of the detached accessory <br />building to break up the linear mass as viewed from 2377 County Road B. <br /> <br />4. The accessory building being setback a minimum of 5 feet from the side and rear <br />property line. <br /> <br />5. The parcel being limited to a maximum impervious coverage of 5,759 square feet. <br /> <br />6. The review and approval of a building permit being consistent with the approved <br />plans and conditional use permit. <br /> <br />7. This conditional use permit shall expire 6 months after approval if a building <br />permit has not been issued (Section 1013.03). <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Schroeder, <br />Maschka, Klausing, Kough, and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
