EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 22nd day of June, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Roe; and the following were absent: None. Councilmember McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 11227 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH RAMSEY COUNTY FOR THE VICTORIA STREET SIDEWALK PROJECT WHEREAS, Victoria Street between County Road B2 and County Road B is designated as Ramsey County State Aid Highway(CSAH) 52; and, WHEREAS, the City of Roseville and Ramsey County desire to construct a sidewalk along Victoria Street within this area; and, WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish project cost participation for both parties and to establish authority and rights for the City of Roseville to administer and construct a project within County right-of-way; and, WHEREAS, the City and Ramsey County have drafted an agreement to establish said terms for the project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville approve the Cooperative Agreement drafted by Ramsey County and entered into with the City of Roseville. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Etten and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, and Roe and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
