EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, 21st day of July, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. The following members were present: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn and the following members were absent: none Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: RESOLUTION NO. 10120 RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON CIVIC CENTER DRIVE WHEREAS, Civic Center Drive is on the Minnesota State Aid Highway system, and; WHEREAS, the width of the roadway is 36 feet between County Road C and the City Hall! Public Works Driveway, which requires that parking be prohibited on one side ofthe roadway to be eligible for Minnesota State Aid funds, and; WHEREAS, the proposed width of the roadway is 28 feet between the City Hall/ Public Works Driveway and W oodhill Drive, which requires that parking be prohibited on both sides of the roadway to be eligible for Minnesota State Aid funds, and; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Roseville that in accordance with State regulations that parking shall be prohibited on Civic Center Drive between County Road C and W oodhill Drive as follows for so long as a the roadway shall be on the Minnesota State Aid System The motion was duly seconded by Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against: none. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
