CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1480 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 314.05,FEE SCHEDULE <br /> REVISING THE 2015 FEE SCHEDULE <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE HEREBY ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Purpose. The City of Roseville annually adopts a Fee Schedule which <br /> establishes the fees and charges for service for the City's regulatory functions. The <br /> presence of a fee schedule allows regulatory-type fees to be easily identified in one <br /> document, as opposed to being scattered throughout City Code. In addition, a fee <br /> schedule adopted on an annual basis provides the City Council the opportunity to review <br /> fees for services in a comprehensive manner. <br /> SECTION 2. Other Fee References <br /> By enacting this ordinance, all fee amounts previously established and contained herein <br /> are hereby amended as submitted. <br /> SECTION 3. Authority <br /> The authority to enact the fees identified herein is established by City Code. <br /> SECTION 4. Penalty <br /> Failure to pay the fees identified herein is subject to penalties and interest as established <br /> by City Code. <br /> SECTION 5. Fee Schedule <br /> The 2015 Fee Schedule is as shown in Attachment C <br /> SECTION 6. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective upon adoption and <br /> publication. <br /> Passed this 22nd day of June, 2015. <br />
