Roll Call <br />10 <br />11 <br /> Present: <br />Chair Dean Maschka; and Commissioners William Masche, Susan Elkins, Jason <br />12 <br />Etten, Vicki Lee, and Dan Wall <br />13 <br />14 <br />Excused: <br />Commissioner Bill Majerus; HRA Executive Director Jeanne Kelsey <br />15 <br />16 <br /> Also Present: <br /> Community Development Director Paul Bilotta; <br />17 <br />18 <br />3.Approval of Minutes <br />19 <br />20 <br />Motion: Member Elkins moved, seconded by Member Etten to approve the Regular HRA <br />21 <br />Meeting Minutes of April 21, 2015 as presented. <br />22 <br />23 <br />Ayes: 6 <br />24 <br />Nays: 0 <br />25 <br />Motion carried. <br />26 <br />27 <br />4.Announcements, Agenda Adjustments, Recognitions, Correspondence, and Comments <br />28 <br />None. <br />29 <br />30 <br />5.Community/Citizen Comments <br />31 <br />As previously indicated to the body via an e-mail update, Acting HRA Executive Director Bilotta noted <br />32 <br />staff’s deletion of this item due to its sale to another party. Mr. Bilotta also noted a corrected copy of <br />33 <br />the quarterly financial update for Fund 723 as indicated as part of Consent Item 9.c , provided as a <br />34 <br />bench handout, attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />35 <br />36 <br />By consensus, the agenda was approved as amended. <br />37 <br />38 <br />6.Consent Agenda <br />39 <br />Acting HRA Executive Director Bilotta briefly reviewed Consent Agenda items; as detailed in specific <br />40 <br />staff reports and attachments dated May 19, 2015. <br />41 <br />42 <br />a.Monthly Abatement Report <br />43 <br />b.Acceptance of HRC Monthly Reports for April 2015 <br />44 <br />c.Quarterly Financial Update (funds 720, 722, 723 (revised as provided by a bench <br />45 <br />handout, ), and 724 <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof <br />46 <br />47 <br />Motion: Member Lee moved, seconded by Member Elkins to approve the Consent <br />48 <br />Agenda as presented. <br />49 <br />50 <br />Ayes: 6 <br />51 <br />Nays: 0 <br />52 <br />Motion carried. <br />53 <br />54 <br />7.Public Hearings <br />55 <br />None. <br /> <br />
