<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />OFFICIAL SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 1287 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, SECTIONS 1002, 1004.01 THROUGH 1004.09, <br />PERTAINING TO RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville adopted Ordinance No. 1287 on August 4,2003, which is <br />summarized as follows: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Code is amended by rewriting Section 1002 and 1004 to add clarity <br />and improve the readable format to portions of the Code. There are no major changes <br />in intent. Section 1004 is the residential zoning section of the City Code. Portions of <br />this section have been rewritten to be shorter and use more charts to describe the <br />current requirements within the residential sections. The ordinance takes effect upon <br />this publication. <br /> <br />A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours <br />in the office of the City Manager at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota 55113.
