<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />OFFICIAL SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 1288 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, OF THE CITY CODE, ADDING CHAPTER <br />1018, A COMPREHENSIVE SECTION OF PARKING REQUIREMENTS WITHIN THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE AND DELETETING SECTION 1005.01D . <br /> <br />The City Council ofthe City of Roseville adopted Ordinance No.1288 on August 4, 2003, which is <br />summarized as follows: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Code is amended by creating a new section, Section 1018, <br />regarding parking requirements. This ordinance compiles all parking requirement of <br />the City of Roseville in one section (Section 1018) of the City Code. Two changes in <br />the language have been adopted. One portion of the new ordinance (Section 1018.13D <br />and 407.02M3) changes the maximum period for outdoor storage of vehicles ftom 30 <br />days to 14 days unless it complies with requirements in the Code. A second change is <br />to Section 1018.13F4 and 407.0204 stating that, except where permitted by state law, <br />a vehicle is considered junked or abandon if a there is no attached valid and current <br />license plate issued by the proper state agency. The ordinance takes effect upon this <br />publication. <br /> <br />A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours <br />in the office ofthe City Manager at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota 55113.
