The side yard setback being established at 4 feet 10 inches, which distance allows <br />for a 5 foot 2 inch 5 feet by 15 feet (75 sq. ft.) addition on to the east side of the <br />principal structure. <br /> <br />2. The review and approval of a building permit must be consistent with the <br />approved plans and variances. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Klausing, <br />Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, and Kysylyczyn; <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
