EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 6th day of July, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, Roe; and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 11231 RESOLUTION APPROVING MnDOT TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT NO. 1000792 WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is reconstructing the interchange at the intersection of Trunk Highway No. 35W East Ramps/Twin Lakes Parkway at County State Aid Highway No. 46 (Cleveland Ave); and, WHEREAS, a portion of this project is within Minnesota Department of Transportation trunk highway right of way and Cleveland Ave is a Ramsey County roadway designated as County State Aid Highway 46; and, WHEREAS, the project will be funded with City funds and City solicited Federal Funds; and, WHEREAS, the project will construct a new traffic signal control system at said intersection and new interconnect from and therefore it is necessary to enter into an agreement to provide for the power, operation and maintenance responsibilities for said items. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 1000792 with Ramsey County and the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Manager are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Willmus and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, Roe; and the following voted against the same: None.
