EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 6th day of July, 2015, <br /> at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, Roe; and <br /> the following were absent: None. <br /> Councilmember Etten introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11231 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING MnDOT TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL <br /> MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT NO. 1000792 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is reconstructing the interchange at the intersection of <br /> Trunk Highway No. 35W East Ramps/Twin Lakes Parkway at County State Aid <br /> Highway No. 46 (Cleveland Ave); and, <br /> WHEREAS, a portion of this project is within Minnesota Department of Transportation <br /> trunk highway right of way and Cleveland Ave is a Ramsey County roadway designated <br /> as County State Aid Highway 46; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the project will be funded with City funds and City solicited Federal Funds; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the project will construct a new traffic signal control system at said <br /> intersection and new interconnect from and therefore it is necessary to enter into an <br /> agreement to provide for the power, operation and maintenance responsibilities for said <br /> items. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville <br /> enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 1000792 with Ramsey County and the State of <br /> Minnesota, Department of Transportation. <br /> IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Manager are authorized to <br /> execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Willmus and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, Roe; and the following voted against the <br /> same: None. <br />
