Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon <br /> and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Collette Amor De Caballern, applicant for a cigarette/tobacco products license at 1742 <br /> Lexington Avenue N requested removal of Consent Item 8.b to address a question about <br /> the license application. <br /> Laliberte moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as revised and provided as a <br /> bench handout including the addition of item 14.e, "Appoint a member of the Community <br /> Engagement Commission,"and as further amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 5. Council Communications,Reports, and Announcements <br /> Mayor Roe announced several "Discover Your Parks" events coming up later in June at <br /> Acorn and Lexington Parks, and noted additional events scheduled in July and August. <br /> Mayor Roe also announced the annual Rosefest activities, with additional information <br /> available for any of the events by contacting City Hall or viewing the City's website. <br /> Councilmember Etten noted the use of Snuffy's Malt Shop later this week by movie di- <br /> rector/actor Woody Allen, as a site being filmed for an upcoming production. <br /> As Council Liaison to the North Suburban Cable Commission, Mayor Roe briefly updat- <br /> ed residents and Council colleagues that negotiations are still in process between parties <br /> and their respective legal counsel on the franchise with CenturyLink as a second cable <br /> franchise in the area. <br /> 6. Recognitions,Donations and Communications <br />
