Approve Conditional use for a Drive-Through at the Proposed new Spire <br /> Credit Union at 1880 Perimeter Drive <br /> At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Trudgeon advised that he would veri- <br /> fy that the guiding use and zoning of the parcels was Regional Business (RB) as <br /> noted in the RCA. <br /> At the request of Councilmember McGehee, City Manager Trudgeon advised that <br /> the developer had volunteered to work with the Montessori School staff to ensure <br /> the safety of children during construction; with that due diligence typically in- <br /> volved and monitored during any construction project. <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of Resolution No. 11229 (Exhibit C) <br /> entitled, "A Resolution Approving a Drive-Through as a Conditional Use at 1880 <br /> Perimeter Drive (PF15-007)." <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> g. Approve Victoria Street Property Acquisition Purchase Agreement <br /> Councilmember McGehee thanked staff for negotiating for acquisition of this ad- <br /> ditional property for wetland management and preservation. <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11228 (Attachment <br /> A) entitled, "Resolution Authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to Execute the <br /> Property Agreement for Acquisition of Property from Patrick and Cynthia <br /> McNeely;" approving the purchase of Parcel PID 142923240029 (a vacant parcel <br /> located between Pioneer Park and 1975 Victoria Street) in the amount of$96,500 <br />
