My concern is that, to my <br /> knowledge, the Council has not addressed the preferences of <br /> Twin Lakes residents regarding both of these aspects of the <br /> proposed zoning code changes. Both the survey formulated by <br /> the community development department, as well as a petition <br /> signed by over 80 people who live (and vote) in this community <br /> provided data that directly references proposed zoning <br /> restrictions. I didn't file a "Freedom of Information" request but I <br /> believe that most respondents prefer NO 24-hour operations <br /> and a height restriction consistant with other structures in the <br /> area--no more than 2 stories, especially those facilities directly <br /> abutting residential property.
