Attachment A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: July 20, 2015 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 20th day <br />of July, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following Councilmembers were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED <br />ADOPTION OF A MODIFICATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM <br />FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1; AND THE PROPOSED ADOPTION <br />OF MODIFICATIONS TO THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLANS FOR <br />TAX 1NCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NOS. 10 AND 12. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota (the "City"), as follows: <br />l. Public Hearin�. This Council shall meet on August 24, 2015, at approximately <br />6:00 p.m., to hold a public hearing on the following matters: (a) the proposed adoption of a <br />modification to the Development Program far Development District No. 1 and (b) the proposed <br />adoption of modifications to the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing <br />District Nos. 10 and 12 (collectively, the "Modifications"), all pursuant to and in accardance <br />with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 through 469.133, and Sections 469.174 through <br />469.1794, inclusive, as amended (collectively, the "Act"). <br />2. Notice of Hearin ;g Filin� of Modifications. The City Manager is hereby <br />authorized to cause a notice of the hearing, substantially in the form attached hereto as EXhibit A, <br />to be published as required by the Act and to place a copy of the proposed Modifications on file <br />in the City Manager's Office at City Hall and to make such copies available far inspection by the <br />public. <br />The motion <br />Councilmember <br />voted in favor: <br />7168033v1 <br />for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />
