Trudgeon, City Manager, to <br />execute the Master Subscriber Agreement for Minnesota Court Data Services for <br />Governmental Agencies (Exhibit A) along with the Request Form for Minnesota <br />Government Access (MGA) Login Account (Exhibit B). <br />1 <br />2. <br />3 <br />� <br />FINDINGS <br />WHEREAS, the Court offers Court Data Services, as defined herein, to <br />Minnesota Government Subscribers as authorized by the Rules of Public Access <br />and Court Order.
