CROIX STORM SEWER LIFT STATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for proposals for the improvement, according to the <br />plans and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said <br />proposals were received on Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., opened and evaluated <br />for best value according to law and the following proposals were received complying with the <br />advertisement: <br />Contractor proposed Contract Alternate 1 Alternate 2 Total with <br />Amount Alternates <br />Magney Construction, $��0,875 $25,000 $32,000 $827,875 <br />Inc. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Magney Construction, Inc., of Chanhassen, Minnesota, is the best <br />valued proposer at the proposed total contract amount of $827,875. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota: <br />1 <br />� <br />The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Magney Construction, Inc. for $827,875, in the name of the City of <br />Roseville for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications <br />thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City <br />Manager. <br />The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br />proposers the deposits made with their proposals except the deposits of the successful <br />proposer and the next best valued proposer shall be retained until contracts have been <br />signed. <br />
