<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVlLLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of September, 2003, at 7:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Maschka <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10140 <br />A RESOLUTION SUBMITTING A PRELIMINARY HOUSING AND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />SPECIAL PROPERTY TAX LEVY ON REAL ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY <br />AUDITOR FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2004 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville. <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The request of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City of <br />Roseville, for a special levy per Minnesota Statues Section 469.033, is hereby authorized in the <br />amount of $200,000 to be collected in 2004 for the purposes of Minnesota Statutes Section <br />469.001 to 469.047. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the forgoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />Schroeder, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />1 <br />
