<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 15th day of September, 2003 at <br />6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn, <br />and the following were absent: Maschka <br /> <br />Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10141 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SUBMITTING THE PRELIMINARY PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />ON REAL ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2004 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville is submitting the following tax levy on real estate within the corporate <br />limits of the City to the County Auditor in compliance with the Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> <br />Fund / Purpose Amount <br />General Fund $ 6,311,319 <br />Parks & Recreation Programs 630,000 <br />Parks Maintenance 639,355 <br />Parks Improvements 220,000 <br />Pathways Maintenance 135,000 <br />Streetscape/Blvd Improvements 25,000 <br />General Vehic1e Replacement 175,000 <br />Debt Service - tax capacity based 750,000 <br />Debt Service - market value based 875,000 <br />Total $ 9,760,674 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Klausing <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Schroeder, Klausing <br />and Kough, and the following voted against the same: Kysylyczyn <br />
