<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETtNG OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 15th day of September 2003 at <br />6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: Maschka <br /> <br />Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10142 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PRELIMINARY 2004 ANNUAL BUDGET <br />FOR THE CITY OF ROSEvtLLE <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville's Budget for 2004 in the amount of $35,172,120 be hereby accepted and <br />approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Klausing <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Schroeder, Klausing <br />and Kough <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
