Exhibit A <br /> CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br /> County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 24, at 6:00 p.m., at the City <br /> Hall, in the City of Roseville, Minnesota, relating to the proposed adoption of a modification to <br /> the Development Program for Development District No. 1 and the proposed adoption of <br /> modifications to the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing District Nos. <br /> 10 and 12 (collectively, the "Modifications"), all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota <br /> Statutes, Sections 469.124 through 469.133, and Sections 469.174 through 469.1794, inclusive, <br /> as amended. Copies of the Modifications will be on file and available for public inspection at the <br /> office of the City Manager at City Hall. <br /> Development District No. 1 is coterminous with the corporate boundaries of the City of <br /> Roseville. The property included in Tax Increment Financing District Nos. 10 and 12 is located <br /> within Development District No. 1 and is described in the Modifications on file in the office of <br /> the City Manager.
