<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of October 2003, at <br />7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #10151 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF JEN JACKSON <br />MILLASOVICH TO THE <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE FOR A 5 YEAR TERM <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota (the 'City"), as follows: <br /> <br />1. On September 23,2002, the Mayor submitted for the Council's <br />consideration the appointment of Jennifer Jackson Millasovich as Board <br />Member ofthe Housing & Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City <br />ofRoseville ("HRA"). <br /> <br />2. The Council approved the appointment of Jennifer Jackson Millasovich to <br />a one-year term ending September 23,2003. <br /> <br />3. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.003 Subdivision 6, all terms <br />after initial staggered terms shall be for 5 years. <br /> <br />4. The Mayor has submitted for this Council's consideration the <br />reappointment of Jennifer Jackson Millasovich to a 5-year term ending <br />October 13, 2008. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Maschka, and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
