EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of October 2003, at 7:00 p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn and the following were absent: none. Councilmember Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION # 10152 RESOLUTION APPROVING MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF HRA BOARD MEMBERS TO THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE TO FULFILL UNEXPIRED TERMS BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the 'City"), as follows: 1. On July 1, 2003 and October 7, 2003, letters of resignation were received for two Board Members of the Housing & Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City of Roseville ("HRA") with terms expiring August 23, 2005 and August 23, 2006 respectfully. 2. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.003 Subdivision 6, each vacancy in an unexpired term shall be filled for the remainder of the term for which the original appointment was made. 3. The Mayor has submitted for this Council's consideration the appointment of Ann Hermes to fulfill the unexpired term ending August 23,2005. 4. The Mayor has submitted for this Council's consideration the appointment of Jill Bean to fulfill the unexpired term ending August 23, 2006. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Maschka, and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: none. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
