<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 13th day of October, 2003, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn, <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Council member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10154 <br /> <br />FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE, <br />2002 CONTRACT B <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on June 3, 2002, T. A. Schifsky <br />and Sons of North S1. Paul, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated <br />with 2002 Contract B. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order <br />for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br /> <br />BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED: That the warranty period specified in the contract shall <br />commence on October 13,2003. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Klausing and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Maschka, Klausing, Kough, <br />Schroeder and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
