<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of October 2003, at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Schroeder, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10157 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MODIFICATION OF THE <br />DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 AND THE <br />MODIFICATION OF THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT <br />FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 12 (ARONA) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") ofthe City of Roseville, Minnesota (the <br />"City"), as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Public Hearing. <br /> <br />1.01. This Council shall meet on Monday December 8, 2003, commencing at 7:00 o'clock <br />p.m. at City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, 55113, to hold a public hearing on the <br />modification of the Development Program for Development District No. I (the "Project Area") and the <br />modification of the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 12 (Arona) <br />(the "Tax Increment District") to reflect increased project costs and increased bonding authority within <br />the Project Area and the Tax Increment District, all pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.048 to <br />469.068,469.082 and 469.174 to 469.1791, inclusive. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Notice of Hearing: Filing of Plans. <br /> <br />2.01. The City Manager is authorized and directed to cause notice of the public hearing to be <br />published as required by law, to place a copy of the modified Development Program and modified Tax <br />Increment Financing Plan (collectively the Plans) on file in the City Manager's office and to make such <br />Plans available for inspection by the public. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Klausing, and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Klausing, <br />Kough, Schroeder, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />1 <br />
