<br />2. The service department being limited to a size of 60 feet by 80 feet or 4,800 <br />square feet. <br /> <br />3. The Hummer facility being comprised of exposed galvanized metal beams, a <br />metal seamed roof, integral sealed colored rock faced block, clear anodized <br />aluminum door and window frames, and a hammered textured cement foundation, <br />as per the plans submitted on September 4, 2003. <br /> <br />4. The service department addition being comprised of integral colored rock faced <br />block that is sealed to match or be similar to the existing exterior. <br /> <br />5. Review and approval of the utility, grading, and storm water drainage plan for the <br />site by the Rice Creek Watershed and the Roseville Public Works Department. <br /> <br />6. Improvements being made to the existing Cadillac exterior within 6 months of the <br />recording of the resolution approving said Conditional Use Permit. Improvement <br />must include the replacement of the deteriorating wood mansard shingle system <br />with a standing seam metal roof system and the upgrade and/or improvement of <br />existing metal panels and columns. <br /> <br />7. The Hummer showroom structure being limited to a maximum height of 36 feet <br />from grade. <br /> <br />8. The submittal of a site and building signage plan to the City Planner for review, <br />approval, and incorporation in the final plan set. <br /> <br />9. The Hummer test track being a dustless surface; limited to the hours of 9 a.m. to 8 <br />p.m.; screening of vehicle headlights from adjacent hotels; and any and all site <br />lighting being down case, cut-of design. <br /> <br />10. Building permits being issued for the Hummer dealership and the improvements <br />to the exterior of the Cadillac dealership within 6 months of the City Council <br />approval date. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, <br />Klausing, Kough, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />3 <br />
