<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day of December 2003, at 7:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10164 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND THE TAX <br />INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO.1 AND TAX <br />INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 12 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota (the "City"), as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recitals. <br /> <br />1.01. It has been proposed that the Council approve and adopt the proposed <br />modifications to the Development Program for Development District No.1 (the "Project Area") <br />reflecting increased project costs and increased bonding authority within the Project Area, <br />pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.048 to 469.068 and 469.124 <br />to 469.134, inclusive, as amended and supplemented from time to time. <br /> <br />1.02. It has been further proposed that the Council approve and adopt the proposed <br />modifications to the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 12 <br />(the "Tax Increment District") reflecting increased project costs and increased bonding authority <br />within the Project Area pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.048 <br />to 469.068, 469.124 to 469.134 and 469.174 to 469.1799, inclusive, as amended and <br />supplemented from time to time. <br /> <br />1.03. The Council has caused to be prepared and this Council has investigated the facts <br />with respect thereto a modified Development Program and a modified Tax Increment Financing <br />Plan (collectively the "Plans") for the Project Area and the Tax Increment District reflecting <br />increased project costs and increased bonding authority within the Project Area. <br /> <br />1 <br />
