<br />Section 4. Filing of Plans. <br /> <br />4.01. Upon approval and adoption of the Plans, the City shall cause said Plans to be filed <br />with the Minnesota Department of Revenue. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Maschka, and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br /> <br />3 <br />
